Idea 2:
Guide the customer we can use (Credit Card, Debit Card, Corporate / Enterprise Banking, Personal Banking FPX, E-wallet: TNGo, Boost, Grabpay) to remit the swimming package, and most importantly try to avoid use grab pay because usually, it failed
Idea 3:
for the red color schedule, advise the customer to attend the class after 3 weeek (please do not say it is full already)
Idea 4:
Give the sense of urgency eg: I have left only 3 units of GCB to give away, that can help the customer to make faster decision.
